2. Subscription Refunds

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers to our paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • This applies only to first-time subscribers to a particular plan.
  • Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service.

Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, after the 14-day money-back guarantee period, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial subscription periods.
  • Unused time on your subscription.
  • Automatic subscription renewals after the initial subscription period.

When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

3. Credit Purchase Refunds

Credit Purchases: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account, except in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues prevented the credits from being properly added to your account.
  • The purchase was unauthorized or fraudulent (subject to verification).

Unused Credits: Unused credits are not refundable but will remain in your account according to our credit expiration policy as outlined in our Terms of Service.

4. Razorpay Payment Processing

5. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@arkreachflow.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Processing Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:

  • Are determined to be fraudulent or abusive.
